FAQs

Coaching sessions are via virtual platform only.

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching is an investment in equipping you with the tools, strategies, and mindset to truly unlock your full potential. Afterall, becoming the best version of yourself isn’t just a dream—it’s a choice. If you’re ready to choose you, coaching sessions are $150/hour.

What is the difference between mental health counseling and coaching?

Generally, coaching is more appropriate than mental health counseling when the focus is on personal growth, goal achievement, and future-oriented change rather than addressing mental health conditions.

Coaching might be for you if…. You are mentally well but feel stuck in certain areas of life (career, relationships, overall wellness, etc.). You want to improve performance, productivity, or mindset but don’t have significant emotional distress. You need accountability, motivation, or strategic planning to achieve goals. You want to focus on practical steps, habits, and mindset shifts rather than deep emotional healing. You are seeking clarity on life direction, purpose, or decision-making.

Mental health counseling might be more appropriate if…. You are experiencing significant distress, anxiety, depression, or mental health related symptoms impacting your daily functioning including working, going to school, providing basic daily care, or engaging with daily life; you need help processing past experiences that are affecting your present life; you struggle with emotional regulation, relationships, or behavioral patterns tied to deeper psychological issues. If this feels familiar, there is a need for clinical interventions rather than coaching services
