I’m a licensed independent mental health practitioner (LIMHP) in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have specialized in OCD and related disorders for five years and have a passion for this niche area. My goal is to ensure not only competent mental health care for those living with OCD and related disorders, but to ensure those providing services are confident in the care and treatment they provide.

My Approach

I have a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Nebraska and really enjoyed teaching higher education at Texas A&M University. When I decided to go back to school to earn a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling I knew I would eventually merge my two passions. I understand that everyone learns differently and needs an individualized approach. As your collaborator, we will develop your skills and confidence in ways that make sense to you.

As a clinician, I utilize various EBTs to meet the unique needs of clients, and as such, will use ERP, ACT, ComB, and HRT to guide our work together.
